Cold pressed from olives picked from September onwards, in groves just 7 km from the Mediterranean.
Early harvest from the coastal groves of Yumurtalık and Karataş — high in polyphenols, intense in aroma.
Arbequina picked in October and November, 15 km from the sea. Golden yellow, with a aroma of its own.
Saurani, Halhalı and Adana Topan olives from across Adana and Mersin — clear colour, an aroma that suits every palate.
